Art at Linden Gate feels strongly that the next generation of artists should be nurtured and encouraged and provides the opportunity for young, local artists to exhibit and sell their artwork within their community. Art at Linden Gate provides the gallery and all associated costs for the exhibition which includes promotion, launch and mentoring.
The young artists have a positive experience of exhibiting their work in a commercial setting which is still in a familiar environment. They will be provided with mentoring how to present their artwork professionally. They can contribute to producing the invitation, posters, setting up the exhibition and provide ideas for the opening. These experiences are a great first step into the art world
YouthArt began in 2014 as a way of supporting and encouraging the next generation of local artists. This is a great opportunity for local, young (15-25 years) artists to exhibit and sell their artwork in a commercial gallery in their community!
